Black Friday

Hello everyone,

I wanted to share our Cricut find with you on Black Friday. Yes, me and my mom was out here in Mississippi at Wal-mart on Black Friday trying to get the new Cricut lites. Its funny because we did not realize that the ad for the Cricut carts started at 12:00am. Which meant we did not get out there shopping  till 5:00am. We had to go to 3 different Wal-mart to get the all of the New Cricut lites. I have a picture of my mom once she got her new lites, we were lucky to get all 6 new carts. The new colors for the E were very nice as well which was Canary, Plum, Green, and Aqua. I told my mom that I like the Aqua a lot but she said that we did not need another E. How ever after the Black Friday sale we notice that the E went to $220.00 and the carts went to $25.00. So we were lucky to get the carts at $20.00. We also purchased to couple of cart from Hobby Lobby at 50% off, those carts were Nifty Fifty and Birthday Bash . However with Cyber Monday my mom saw the same carts a little cheaper, but she was happy with the purchase she had made. So all in all our Black Friday and Cyber Monday was a good one. I hope everyone that went out on Black Friday had a good experience. As always thanks for stopping by.........Till next time.

Expedition Layout

Good evening,
This is a late night share of a Safari layout I made this evening. I happen to be looking through all the paper and scrapbook supplies and pulled out some stickers. I decided that it would be cool to do a layout using the stickers since we have so many of them. The stickers I used was from Stamping Station called Africa Global Chic. The striped paper I used was from The scrapbook wizard and the other pattern paper was from Daisy D's paper company. This is what the layout looks like, which I think it came out very nice. I think it can also pass for a zoo page as well. Thank for stopping by......  Keep checking back to see more sticker layouts and maybe some cards from left over paper my mom uses on her pages and card projects.  Well thanks for stopping by.......Till next time!

Fall Page

Hello, Today I wanted to share a project that I worked on last night. I was given two sheets of pattern paper and was told to come up with a harvest page. Here is a  sample of the pattern paper along with the layout I did.

The layout idea that I used is from the Sketch A Day Club. You can find out more information about their sketch ideas from this web site www.classycoordinates.com.
This was a fun project for me, I really like using the Celebrate with Flourish cart. Provo craft has some really nice images and words on this cart. I know I will be using it again soon. I have some great fall pictures that would look nice on this layout. I can't wait to see what my mom does with her two pieces of pattern paper. So keep an eye out for her layout on Lovemypaper.blogspot.com.

Well, I guess it time for me to get back to work and start on the next project.

Thanks for stopping by......till next time!

My First Try with Vinyl

Today's share is my use of vinyl or what I call wall pop. I've been trying for the longest time to get my mom to cut out some splats from the Sponge Bob Square Pants cart. So that we could give our wall in the scrap room some color, with out having to paint the walls. Well she's still not ready to do that because she doesn't know what colors she wants on the walls.

So I decided to try to cut some vinyl my self and this is what I came up with. I decided that my Cricut Expression need to be locked down with a look that was for me only. I also wanted to put a design on our cutter bug. This is what I came up with, let me know what you think? As always thanks for stopping by.......till next time!

Good Afternoon,

ATG Gun Project

Hello,

Today's share is a project that was seen on the pink stamper blog, it was customizing your ATG gun. Here are some photos of my gun during the process. My gun is a little different, because I took it apart more than the pink stamper did. However I don't recommend  you do the same thing I did, because you might break your gun. But you do have the option of  taping up the clear side, if you don't want it to be painted. So check out my photos and small video and let me know what you think. As always thanks for stopping by........Till next time.
